Integrity Policy for the Use of E-Learning Portals

This policy aims to clarify the importance of all beneficiaries of the Smartway services' commitment to integrity in the e-learning environment and to clarify the forms of integrity violations and the procedures and penalties that the Smartway takes when integrity is violated in the e-learning environment, as well as to reduce the occurrence of such violations.

The concept of integrity and the importance of adhering to it:

Integrity is a basic requirement in all dealings within the platform, which emphasizes the importance of honesty and trustworthiness for every individual in the e-learning environment, including trainers, trainees and administrators.

It is an ethical system for trainers, trainees and all employees in the entity that regulates their work and provides them with principles and principles that control their behavior. Integrity includes many topics, the most important of which are confronting cheating in tests, stealing research, submitting projects that are not produced by trainees, manipulating results, bias, forging documents or circumventing laws. Accordingly, anything that violates the rights of others and contributes to providing misleading information or non-original projects is a violation of integrity.

Forms of integrity violations:

• Identity theft: using someone else's identity to access the platform or submit non-personal work.
• Unauthorized collaboration: working with others on tests or projects in violation of instructions.
• Using unauthorized sources: using unauthorized sources of information or tools during tests or projects.
• System manipulation: attempting to manipulate the electronic system to gain an illegitimate advantage.
• Bias: treating trainees unfairly or granting undeserved preferences.

Procedures and penalties taken by the smartway when violating integrity in the electronic training environment, as well as to reduce the occurrence of such violations:

Procedures:

• Investigate any complaint or report of a violation of integrity.
• Collect and document evidence.
• Notify the parties concerned of the measures taken.

Penalties:

• Verbal or written warning.
• Deprivation of some features or services.
• Cancellation of test or project results.
• Suspension or closure of the account.
• Referring the matter to the competent authorities in the event of legal violations.
